Are all your pens authentic and brand new?
Yes, we guarantee that every product sold on EndlessPens is 100% authentic and comes in its original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise specified as a 'pre-owned' or 'vintage' listing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused and uninked pens in their original packaging. Please note that once a fountain pen has been inked, it is no longer eligible for a standard return due to its personalized nature.
Do you offer nib tuning or customization services?
While we do not offer in-house nib grinding, we perform a quality check on all high-end writing instruments before shipment to ensure the tines are aligned and the feed is functional.
